After 45 years in the workplace I wanted to do something with my experience and energy drawing on the skills I have learnt over four careers and to give something back to families, and married couples in particular - Kit Dollard, Chair of Trustees.

Trustee for Marriage Care

The board of Marriage Care is about to enter a season of growth and change as we look to recruit new trustees to join us in enabling the vital relationship support services we provide to the Catholic community and beyond.

We would particularly welcome applicants who hold experience in one or more of the fields below:

  • Income generation including major donor development
  • IT and systems strategy and project management
  • Marketing and social media
  • Relationship counselling/therapeutic practice and supervision
  • Training delivery and accreditation

Trustees must be fully committed to Marriage Care’s Catholic ethos and values, to contributing time and energy for at least a three-year term, and to working together with a team of trustees to provide good governance and support for the charity’s Chief Executive, staff and volunteers. We welcome applicants who do not necessarily have Trustee experience as well as those who do.
