Head of Relationship Counselling
We are recruiting a new Head of Relationship Counselling to lead, develop and expand our in-person and webcam counselling service.
Basic details
Salary: £50,000 p.a. FTE
Contract / Hours: Permanent / 28 hours – 35 hours per week, with flexible working
Location: Home based with national travel and including some evening and weekend work
About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced couples’ or family counsellor, with substantial supervisory experience. Crucially, we need someone who will have the ability to develop, support, motivate and inspire our dedicated and largely volunteer expert workforce. A strong team player, with a collaborative approach, and able to lead through influence, credibility, and expertise. Sharing our vision, mission, ethos, and values, you will also have a passion for excellence in the delivery of services and an appreciation of the value of working with trained volunteers.
