We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our National Support Team as a Counselling Training Administrator.

Location: Nottingham (with national travel)
Contract: Permanent, 28 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)
Salary: £22,932 FTE / £18,346 pro rata
Reports to: Head of Relationship Counselling

Your Role

As our Counselling Training Administrator, you’ll play a key part in the delivery and
development of training for our volunteer counsellors and trainers. You’ll be the
administrative backbone behind national training programmes, digital resources, quality
assurance, and events – helping us ensure we provide safe, professional and accessible
support to couples across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the organisation and smooth running of national and regional training, CPD, and
conference events (online and in person)
• Provide tech and admin support for Zoom-based training
• Work closely with trainers and the Head of Relationship Counselling to develop and
improve training delivery, including online resources
• Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of training data and evaluation outcomes
• Support the development and upkeep of curriculum content and accreditation
