Mr Kit Dollard

Mr Dollard set up and works for the charity Christian Community Resources, with his wife Caroline, following careers in the Army, the City, property and the Church. He is presently a member of the Spirituality Committee of the Bishop’s Conference of England & Wales as well as a member of the Middlesbrough Diocese Bishop’s Councils for Liturgy and Evangelisation & Adult Formation. Kit has also worked for the Pastoral ServicesTeam at Ampleforth Abbey. He took over as Chair of the Board from September 2014.

Mr Nigel Dorning

Mr Dorning has worked for 35 years in the Lloyds insurance market holding senior positions with leading companies in the broking and underwriting fields and is currently working for Argo International in a marketing role. He is a member of the Finance Committee.

Dr Michael Harper

Mr Harper has retired from the Civil Service and is now an active member of his parish community, chairing the Parish Advisory Council and working with the team running the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults programme, alongside his duties as a school governor. He coordinates and delivers Marriage Care’s marriage preparation courses for the Cardiff centre and is a member of the Finance Committee.

Rev Mehall Lowry

Father Mehall is the parish priest of Holy Cross Church, in Parsons Green, Diocese of Westminster and Pastoral Coordinator & Formation Advisor at the Westminster Seminary, Allen Hall. He is the President’s nominee to the board of trustees.

Mrs Deirdre Peden

Mrs Peden is the current Head of Centre for Manchester. She is also a Marriage Care counsellor, supervisor and marriage preparation course facilitator. She has worked as a counsellor for a number of different charities and agencies over the past eight years. Previously she worked as a HR manager and training consultant in the software and pharmaceutical industries and in healthcare services.

Dr Clare Watkins

Mrs Watkins is a Catholic theologian and writer. She teaches at the Westminster Seminary, Allen Hall, and is a research associate at Heythrop Institute for Religion and Society, Heythrop College, University of London. She also serves on two British bilateral ecumenical dialogues and the International Methodist-Roman Catholic Commission, and is Chair of the British and Irish Association for Practical Theology (BIAPT).

Mr Krzysztof Zielicki

Mr Zielicki has over 30 years of experience in the finance and oil industry, previously as CEO of BP Poland and COO of Sidanco, and currently as Head of Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions at Rosneft (largest producer of crude oil in the world). He has served on more than 12 boards of various companies and was Chairman of three. His charity experience includes local housing associations, school governors and the British judo council.

Mrs Margaret Morley

Mrs Morley is a qualified accountant with more than 30 years’ experience of finance in the not-for-profit sector. She has worked in higher education, housing and with several charities, including as Director of Finance for the Royal Star and Garter Home and, more recently, the Health Foundation. Margaret is Chair of the Finance Committee.

Mrs Glenda Spencer

Glenda has recently retired from the role of Branch manager of DHL. She is an experienced counsellor, trainer and marriage preparation course facilitator and is Head of our Ilford centre. She is also the Chair of Governors of a special needs school as well as playing an active part in the life of her local church.

Mrs Sheila Don

After qualifying as an accountant, Sheila has had a senior career in Adult Social Services. She currently volunteers as a Lay Judge with the Department of Justice and is Vice Chair of Carlisle College Corporation Board and a governor of a primary school. She is Head of our Carlisle centre.
