The Procedure:
Interested candidates should contact Marriage Care National Office expressing their interest in learning more about the work. You will then be invited to submit an Application Form and to provide the name of a referee. After attending an information meeting to hear more about the work and the commitment involved, you will be invited for interview.
The Training:
The training is adapted to the skills and abilities of the individual candidate. Successful applicants will undergo a probationary period working alongside an experienced colleague initially.
Telephone Helpline volunteers have ongoing supervision support and opportunities for Continuing Professional Development.
