Foccus Facilitator Training
Foccus Facilitator Training
The Procedure:
Interested candidates should contact their local Marriage Care Centre in the first instance, expressing their interest in learning more about the work. You will then be invited to attend an information meeting with members of the Centre to hear about the work and the commitment involved. If you wish to proceed you will be asked to submit an Application Form and to provide the name of a referee. The local Centre will forward your Application Form to National Office requesting a place for you on a training course.
The Training:
The training course usually takes place over three days. The content includes an introduction to FOCCUS and the value of pre-marital inventories; the procedure for scoring manually and online; the facilitation process with a couple. Successful participants will receive the Marriage Care Foccus Facilitator Certificate and will be registered as a trained Facilitator with FoccusInc. (www.FoccusInc.com)
