Volunteer as a deputy head of centre

Would you like to support a head of centre and take on some of the responsibility of running a centre team? This role could be a stepping stone to becoming a head of centre and will give you management skills for your CV.

We’re looking for people with enthusiasm and commitment to help lead some of our centres across England and Wales.

The role may see you taking the lead on a particular project, deputising for the head of centre, assisting with recruitment and perhaps attending a national conference. You may also help develop plans and solutions.

Ideally you’ll have a great way with people and enthusiasm for the challenge of helping to develop a centre. In return we can offer a friendly and committed local team making a real difference to relationships, with support from the national office.
