FOCCUS, a pre-Marriage Inventory
We offer FOCCUS (Facilitating Open Couple Communication, Understanding and Study), a research-based pre-marital questionnaire designed to provide couples with a personalised picture of their relationship.
It provides a starting point and a map of the issues facing a couple in their relationship that might be usefully addressed.
FOCCUS helps you:
- Value what works well in your relationship
- Identify the areas of strength and challenge
- To explore these important issues as a couple
You attend for a minimum of two sessions. In the first session you complete a computerised inventory and then return in the second session to discuss the report that has been produced, as a result of your answers to the questions. You discuss these with your facilitator, and your partner.
